I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the new modern bathrooms were a great touch. The service from the friendly staff was excellent, and I appreciated the convenience of the airport shuttle. The location opposite Hyde Park was fantastic, making it easy to explore the heart of London. While the dining experience lacked variety, the hotel's facilities were top-notch.
